Request for cooperation in research and education

Our laboratory conducts research to improve the quality of various examinations including autopsy and education for students at the same time. Therefore, we may use the stored samples etc. for research and education.

We may also make presentations on professional journals such as academic journals. In doing so, we will completely exclude information that would identify the deceased one and the bereaved family, and we will give maximum consideration to the protection of privacy. In some cases, we will be judged by the ethical review committee of the university.

Regarding the use of information for research and education, the intention of the bereaved families will be respected. If you do not agree to such use, please inform us with fax on a separate sheet as soon as possible. There is no disadvantage by that.

We are currently asking for research cooperation for the following specific research.
